Inclusive Features
Flowered LED mobile bars are modular 1.5m units that can link together for any size of the events, accomplished with:
Lighting:
- mutli-colour LED lights for colour changing. You can select any colour you like.
- dimmable lighting with three vintage style light bulbs for each unit. You can bright up the space or dim darker to settle the atmosphere.
Storage Space:
- a shelf and a build-in sink/ice well are provided under the service top.
- portable water system are provided for the sink.
- plenty space on the bottom inside of the unit for beer kegs & beer dispenser or storage for the drinks or glassware
- back Bar with black shelves for bottle displays or glassware storage.
Furniture:
- free gazebo hire available for any outdoor event. 3m x 3m gazebo with 3 side panels and can be chosen in black or white.
- Outdoor heat lights can be hired for extra small cost. They will be attached to the gazebo for any outdoor event.
Team:
- professional team of delivery driver & setup experts ensure that your bar is delivered on-time and functioning.
- the same team will come and breakdown the bars since your event is finished.
Additional Features
- If you would like to brand the mobile bar, our nominated printing company can print your customised design.
- Mobile bar is decorated with white artificial flower. We can remove the decoration. If you would like to have different, any colour or fresh flowers/ balloon decoration, you can get the quote from our trusty flower/ balloon decoration suppliers
- A set of 2 wooden bar stools can be hire with small fee, so your guests will be available to sit in front of the bar.
- Undercount double display fridge is available for dry hire with a small charge. We have two of them in stock..
- Bartending service with our professional cocktail mixologists or bartender hire can be provided. Minimun 4 hours.
How does it work?
- You book the mobile bar hire @myflamingos
- Then we will send you the booking agreement to secure your booking
- We deliver & set up your LED Wooden Bar at your preferred location at the venue
- We will ensure the LED is fully functioning, then we will go through the lighting control and heath & safety of the bar with you/ the host before we leave the site
- You can use the mobile bar whenever you need
- You will be our priority customer on the day. We will leave our 24/7 direct number to contact us so we can provide our assistance to you immediately.
- The bar will be broken down and collected for you after the event.
