Our Cash Bar Packages are including mobile bar unit hire, cocktail bartender hire, customised menus, glassware, ice & garnishes. You will just need to guarantee to reach the minimum bar spend on the day.
We can supply cocktails, mocktails, wine, prosecco, champagne , bottles beer, cider or spirits.or soft drinks.
We have 3 different Cash Bar Packages, with minimum bar spend on the day:
– Purple Simple,
– Yellow House
– Red Premium.

Temporary Event Notice
You will need Temporary Event Notice (TEN) while the venue doesn’t have any premise license/ its existing premise license to cover below licensed activities
- selling alcohol to individuals and receiving payments at the premise (cash bar)
- providing entertainment, such as music, dancing or indoor sporting events
- serving hot food or drink between 11pm and 5am
We must apply at least 10 clear working days before your event, so we will need the venue details at least 3 weeks before the event. Our Cash Bar Packages will cover the cost of the TEN application and fee.
The latest we can apply for a ‘late TEN’ is 5 clear working days before the event, so we will need the venue details at least 7 working days before the event. It would be extra £50 for a ‘late TEN’ due to limit amount of application.
House Cash

– 1.5 meter flowered LED mobile bar hire
– A cocktail bartender hire
– Guarantee minimum bar spend £800 for maximum 4 hours hire & service
– Extra bar spend £200 per hour after

Flowered LED Mobile Bar
Our Vintage LED mobile bars are perfect for any occasion. It can be easily fit inside an office, lobby, party venues. house or used outdoors.
They are also a perfect addition to colour themed event, summer & tropical tiki party or Apres Ski event. All of our mobile bars can be also branded with your logo for corporate events, brand activation & photo shoots.
Our LED mobile bars are highly functional bars and modular 1.5m units that can link together for any size of the events. All of our mobile bars are accomplished with:
Standard Features
Lighting:
- mutli-colour LED lights for colour changing. You can select any colour you like.
- dimmable lighting with three vintage Antique style light bulbs for each unit. You can bright up the space or dim a bit darker to settle the atmosphere.
Customised own drink menu:
- You can decide your drink choices from our drink lists and customised your drink menu. We can print the menus and display at the bar
Bar Equipment & Storage:
- a shelf and a build-in sink/ice well are provided under the service top.
- portable water system are provided for the sink. Perfect for cocktail service.
- plenty space on the bottom inside of the unit for beer kegs & beer dispenser or storage for the drinks or glassware
- back Bar with black shelves for bottle displays or glassware storage
- 2 wooden bar stools will come with the bar so your guests will be available sit in front of the bar.
- Free gazebo hire is available for any outdoor event.
Decorations:
- Free upgrade the mobile bar to be decorated with white artificial flower
- Upgrade the decorations with any colour / type of fresh flowers or balloon with the competitive prices offered by local professional floral/ balloon suppliers.
Cocktail Bartenders & Setup Team
- Free bartending service for minimum 2 hours. Our cocktail mixologists and bartenders will wear formal or smart causal as required.
- our professional team of delivery driver & setup experts ensure that your bar is delivered on-time and functioning before they leave the site.
- the same team will come and breakdown the bars since your event is finished.
Travelling Fee & Setup Fee
Free travel within 10 miles radius of our Registered Office in Birmingham.
There after 85p per mile.
Parking & Entering the Air Clear Zone in Birmingham City Centre is from £16.
