We have 3 different Alcoholic-Free Open Bar packages: Creative, Funky & inspired. Each package includes certain amounts of mocktails, milkshakes or smoothies. You can add extra non-alcoholic drinks in your chosen package if prefer.

Arrival Mocktail Reception
To have an elegant entrance and welcome your guests on arrival, you can have an arrival drink reception with fancy mocktails, milkshakes or smoothies.
We will also provide 2 glass trees to hold 24 mocktails, milkshakes or smoothies on the air. The rest of the drinks will be displayed on the drink station. Our friendly mocktail bartender will give out the drinks to the guests on the arrival.

Self-served Mocktail Station
Each mocktail can be served in our 8 Litre Kilner glass drink dispenser. Each dispenser can provide up to 40 mocktails. All glassware, prepared garnishes & straw will be provided.

Flowered LED Mobile Bar
We have three same mobile bar unit. Each mobile bar unit is separate into 5 flat pieces so it can easily fit in a small space. Our setup technician will install the mobile bar unit on-site for 30-45 mins.
Each mobile bar unit is length 1.5m x width 1.8m, including bar shelves and working space behind of the bar. Each mobile bar unit can be installed next to each another so it can become 3m or 4.5m length mobile bar unit if need.
Each mobile bar unit comes with the following standard features.
Lighting:
- mutli-colour LED lights for colour changing. You can select any colour you like.
- dimmable lighting with three vintage Antique style light bulbs for each unit. You can bright up the space or dim a bit darker to settle the atmosphere.
Customised own drink menu:
- You can decide your drink choices from our drink lists and customised your drink menu. We can print the menus and display at the bar
Bar Equipment & Storage:
- a shelf and a build-in sink/ice well are provided under the service top.
- portable water system are provided for the sink. Perfect for cocktail service.
- plenty space on the bottom inside of the unit for beer kegs & beer dispenser or storage for the drinks or glassware
- back Bar with black shelves for bottle displays or glassware storage
- A undercourt double fridge is free of hire for pre-order minimum 60 bottles of beer/ cider (£200 value) or dry hired with a small charge
- Wooden bar stools can be dry hired with a small charge. Your guests will be available sit in front of the bar.
- Free gazebo hire is available for any outdoor event.
Decorations:
- Free upgrade the mobile bar to be decorated with white artificial flower
- Upgrade the decorations with any colour / type of fresh flowers or balloon with the competitive prices offered by local professional floral/ balloon suppliers.
Mocktail Bartenders & Setup Team
- Mocktail mixologist hire is included in above open bar packages. Our mocktail mixologist and bartenders will wear formal or smart causal as required.
- Our professional setup team will ensure that your bar is delivered on-time and functioned before they leave the site.
- The same setup team will collect the bars since your event is finished.
Travelling Fee & Setup Fee
Free travel within 10 miles radius of our Registered Office in Birmingham.
There after 85p per mile.
Enter into the Clear Air Zone in Birmingham is £8 Daily.
All open bar packages includes one-off setup fee £60.
